 | This
is Steaphen's suit of armor on it's stand at the Salle. Being on
the stand not only displays the armor but makes it easier to inspect the
armor after tournaments and faires for anything that needs cleaning or repairing. |
| Here
is Steaphen in armor demonstrating one of the exercises used to build
up stamina and strength while getting used to wearing a 70 pound suit
of metal | |
 | Now
Steaphen is completing the swing, this may look easy but swinging a 10
pound hammer while wearing a 70 suit of armor can be very tiring. |
| Speaking
of tiring another exercize done with that tire is what looks to be
very simple and easy. The act of standing on a tire is something
that any child can do but when wearing an extra 70 pounds of metal that
makes you top heavy | |
 | This
is a drill to build the leg muscles and to improve balance. When
done quickly one miss step could easily cause a fall and when someone
is wearing that much armor falling is potentially a lot more dangerous. |
