What others have said about the book.
I got my copy of your book yesterday and sacraficed a precious hour of sleep to read through the first five chapters. I like it!

I think you do a great job covering the basic bio-machanics in a way that anybody can understand, but that is still usefull to someone who has been around around WMA for a while. I think it's your use of a very conversational tone and down to earth terms that makes the reader think "actively" about the topic.

- Your comments about flexing your gluts to adjust posture are dead on, and I never even thought about it until I read your desciption.

- Your comments about keeping your knees flexed and by straightening or bending further at the joint to change measure/distance without movign your feet is great.

- The way that you weave elements of tactical factors into posture, without getting off topic is great. (Honestly, while I was reading about leaving targets exposed by posture choices I kept thinking about how I lost the ISMAC knife bout to you by not slipping my leg - three tims in a row - so stupid!)
